Megan Hopkins

Certified Romana’s Pilates Instructor

With a bachelors degree in psychology and dance, I found my home in Classical Pilates. From chronic pain relief to enhanced dance performance, I've experienced it all firsthand. After falling in love with Classical Pilates in college, I trained under esteemed mentors in the prestigious 700 hr Romana's Pilates Teacher Training Program. Most influential mentors include Sari Mejia Santo, Cynthia Shipley, Daria Pace, June Hines, Nancy Jean McNamara, Stephanie Lawson, and Fidel Garcia. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each session.

My passion lies in helping each client find how Pilates can fit into their life and onto their body. Wellness and exercise is not “one size fits all.” Join me on this journey to strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
